Who we are
This website is operated by Rainard Capital OÜ, registry code 17503389, Ahtri tn 6a, 10151 Tallinn, Estonia ("Rainard Capital", "we"). We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us through our contact form.
What we collect
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided) and your message. For security and spam prevention we also process a one-way hashed version of your IP address and your browser's user-agent. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it
We use this information only to read and respond to your enquiry and to protect the form from abuse. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping our systems secure (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (f)).
Service providers
We use the following providers to run this website: Lovable (website hosting and database), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept for up to 24 months after our last correspondence with you, and then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please use our contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
